Ship to Warehouse
Send the package back to our designated returns warehouse address using a traceable courier service of your choice.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our team will inspect the items for quality; upon approval, we will process your exchange or issue a refund via bank transfer within 7-10 working days.
